I have directed and produced numerous theater projects. I currently have the honor of serving as the Artistic and Managing Director of
RIDLEY PERFORMING ARTS PROGRAM.
Accomplishments as Artistic Director of RPAP
High quality arts education. We do this by not only teaching vital theater but leadership and teamwork skills as well.
Finanical Aid/Scholarship Program to best support children from various backgrounds.
Secured new long-term rehearsal, performance and office space in partnership with local church!
Leadership Program; built to support children's education both inside and outside a theatercial setting.
Redesigned and streamlined registration. ticket and payment process!
Online store created to ensure convenience for customers who seek RPAP gear, and to generate a steady income for the organization.
Formed collaboration with the Ridley School District for Summer arts education program. In it's 4th year.
Produced People of RPAP and other marketing campagins to boost particapantion and create a comperhensive brand indentity.
